Dr. Frank Morales (Francisco Morales Lozano) is a licensed & practicing Doctor of Medicine in Mexico City, Mexico with extensive experience across several critical areas of healthcare. These include Family Medicine and Obstetrics/Gynecology, Oxidative Medicine and Photodynamic Therapy, Hyperbaric Medicine for treating neurological disorders and carbon monoxide poisoning, Clinical Heavy Metal Toxicology, Stem Cell Research, and Stem Cell Therapy aimed at treating metabolic, autoimmune, and neurodegenerative diseases.

Throughout his medical career, Dr. Francisco Morales Lozano has leveraged his extensive education and research to serve in prominent roles. For five years, he was the Director of Research and Development at Umbilical Cord Blood Bank ALES/VIDACORD, leading a stem cell project in Mexico City, Mexico. Additionally, prior to relocating to Brownsville, TX, Dr. Morales served as the Director of Rio Valley Medical Clinics, specializing in Nutrition, Heavy Metal Toxicology, Hyperbaric Medicine, Longevity and Cellular Medicine, and Photodynamic Therapy.
Currently, Dr. Morales is the Director and Founder of the Medical Research Treatment Protocol Center: SARS-CoV-2/COVID-19, where he has demonstrated leadership and innovation during the pandemic. He also held teaching positions at a renowned institution, Instituto Politécnico Nacional, in Mexico City, Mexico.
In addition, Dr. Frank Morales is a past research member of the Neurorestoratology Association in Beijing, China.
Founder of VidaSol Health
In San José del Cabo, Mexico, Dr. Morales founded VidaSol Health, a facility dedicated to innovative regenerative therapies that repair and rejuvenate damaged tissues. Leveraging cutting-edge techniques in cell therapy and tissue bioengineering, VidaSol focuses on enhancing the health and quality of life of its patients.
He also co-founded Caro Health toothpaste, a unique blend of organic coconut oil, peppermint oil, rosemary oil, and raw honey, combined with modern innovations like Methylene Blue and nano-hydroxyapatite.
Pioneering Research
Dr. Morales’ rigorous research across various fields has contributed to medical knowledge and innovation. He served as Director and Professor of Scientific Research and Lead Investigator of dental pulp stem cell research at IOM Dental University. His research on mercury heavy metal toxicity utilized Dimercaptosuccinic acid (DMSA) and 2,3-Dimercaptopropanesulfonic acid (DMPS).
He was also Chief Medical Officer and Research Director at Advanced Light Devices LLC, leading research in cutting-edge medical technologies. As the Director of Medical Research and Development at NanoMedTek LLC, he contributed to advancements in nanomedicine. Notably, he led a pioneering HIV/AIDS research campaign using photodynamic therapy in 2001, receiving a Letter of Gratitude from the High Commissioner of Tanzania for his contributions to the fight against HIV/AIDS.
